A luxury spacious ocean view villa with two floors and a balcony where you can look out over the ocean. Only 30 min from Kansai Airport by car,8 min walk from train station.
3toilets and ocean view bathroom and a shower room. In addition to having a large terrace, there is also a spacious kitchen and a living&dining room, 3 bed rooms and a table tennis room. You can use this entire house as if it was your own. There is a pond in the garden , You will see some Nishikigoi here.We provide necessary resource for your staying ,also furnish the kitchen like your house.
Our villa at the southern Osaka, so it's very convenient for go to Wakayama. I recommend you go to Kuroshio sea food market,so you can enjoy BBQ at my house with very fresh sea food.

We provide almost everything you need. There are each 20 piece for tableware. Also we provide rice cooker, oven , pot , pan etc.. It's equipped fully cook device.

We provide BBQ grills with gas canister , and we can arrange "BBQ meat set" if you want.the BBQ meat set, it's delivery from local meat shop. it's very economy and delicious.

The towels we provided , all of them are "Senshu Towels"."Senshu" means the South Osaka here. Please enjoy our indigenous product "Senshu Towels" in our villa.

Bedding

All of the bedding is futon(mat) style. There are no western style beds.Our futon mat is very thickly and also has resilient. You will feel on the snuggly bed when you are sleeping.

"Meeting" "Get-together" "Bed" , our villa is adequate to meet this three demand. A corporate meeting , with the business partner , who need a quiet place to concentrate, please come to our villa. we will provide a comfortable work environment.

FAQ

Your BBQ grills, it's suffice as use by 20 persons ?

	Yes, our BBQ grills is gas-driven , so it has high fire power. One grills is suffice to use by 20 persons. (Our villa's balcony is of wooden, Please do not bring to use char-grill machine in the villa)

Is there any pajamas ?

	Sorry , we don't provide any pajamas. please bring own pajama.

Is there any seasoning ?

	Yes. We put a oil , salt and sugar in the kitchen.

I have to bring own towels by my self ?

	No. We provide one bath towel and one face towel per person.

It's possible to enjoy BBQ if in the rainy day ?

	Sorry , there is almost no place to doing BBQ if in the rainy day. please use a pan to grill your meat in the kitchen.

May we use a electric hot plate at the dining room ?

	Sorry , because there is a smoke detector , so please do not use any electric hot plate inside of the villa.
